As I walked home in the latest snow fall to hit our shores, past strewn cars and vans struggling to get up hills, and rubbing the knee which I’d just fell on (luckily, no serious damage done), I thought it might be a good idea to share some first aid tips for the current severe weather we’re having.
You can find out how to treat hypothermia, frostbite and sprains and strains – I’d strongly recommend having a read as it’s going to be very easy to be caught out over the next few days.
Take care, and I hope you don’t need to use these tips on yourself or someone else any time soon!
