As part of my official role as an internet-browsing marathon spectator, I’ve stumbled on these top ten last-minute marathon tips for people running the London Marathon, which takes place on Sunday.
And if you’re still kicking yourself for missing out, there are still places in the Berlin and Chicago marathons, which I’m reliably informed are very flat and very fast, so you could impress your friends with Paula Radcliffe-style speed. And have a holiday, which is far more my style.
The Red Cross values comments both complimentary and critical. However, we will not tolerate the following: aggressive or personal criticism of the blogger, breach of copyright, obscene, defamatory, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or likewise objectionable comments.
